1st visit. Had a cheeseburger meal. A very tasty burger with fresh ingredients and crunchy gherkins! Even the fries were hot and crispy unlike some other burger chains. Will be back soon.

Most important is the customer service and giving attention to customers. So excellent customer service experience . Food is super good and environment is clean with good ambience. Sam gave amazing customer service — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was • Wings were cooked perfectly, and the sauce added real flavour. • I had the Classic Chicken Burger and added hash browns — it slapped! Simple, fresh, and done right. The shop was clean and well-kept too. You can tell they care about quality all round. Definitely coming back to Burger & Sauce Selly Oak.

The chap serving behind the counter serving was really pleasant and went through all the add ones effectively and thoroughly. He explained there would be a wait, but that gives me an indication it was going to be cooked fresh. I had the chicken burger which was lovely and flavoursome and this place is well worth a visit.

From start to finish, Adam delivered exceptional customer service. The food was incredibly fresh, and the loaded fries were a definite standout. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the service. What a lovely handsome man serving delicious food!

My Boyfriend went to collect the food. He was so amazed by Ihtisam’s customer service. Very quick, smooth and he really does know how to talk to customers. Nothing but respect for the shop. The shop knows how to hire good people. Don’t usually get this type of customer service anywhere now days

The cashier was very polite and patient. The service was great. All three types of fries were delicious. The classic beef burgers and chicken wings are delicious. I will come again .
